Within the app, you can set your profile requirements before your vehicle arrives. This means the temperature & preferred radio station will be to your taste, along with the option to let the driver know whether or not you want to chat on your journey.

At Ouno – Our fleet exclusively features vehicles under 5 years old. Every driver undergoes a meticulous selection process, including in-person onboarding sessions. During these sessions, vehicles are meticulously inspected, and drivers receive training and evaluations to ensure top-notch service quality.

As an OUNO customer, you will have access to our network of executive vehicles and chauffers for both on demand and pre booked rides, elevating your day to day travel.
All vehicles will come with complimentary water as standard, whilst drivers will be equipped with name boards and umbrellas if necessary.
Within the users in-app settings you can set your profile requirements for inside the vehicle before it arrives, like the temperature you’d prefer the vehicle, whether you wish to converse with the driver even chose your preferred radio station.

At OUNO we pride ourselves on having the cities most experienced and professional drivers.
Chauffeurs are invited to our induction days where they will be assessed by industry experts and accepted to join the OUNO network upon completion of necessary steps.
As well as driver inductions, all vehicles will be inspected upon sign up and regular ‘mystery shopper’ spot checks will be made to maintain the high OUNO standards as well as the customers.

– All UK airport pick ups will have a parking charge of £14.50 added to the final amount.
– All UK airport drop offs will have a £5.00 drop off charge added to the final amount.
– All UK airport pick ups will have your driver waiting in the arrival terminal with a name board to match the name stated on your account.

The fare estimation provided to the customer when booking a journey is an estimated fare calculated by the base rate of the vehicle chosen and cost per minute x cost per mile, taken from live google maps. Factors during your journey may cause the fare to increase or decrease, such as traffic and diversions. Details of this can be found in our terms and conditions.
