To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding & Training Manager to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new chauffeurs.


Job Description

As the Driver Onboarding & Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new chauffeurs meet OUNO’s high standards. You will lead onboarding sessions, conduct training workshops, and oversee compliance to maintain the premium service our clients expect. This role requires someone with industry experience, confidence in speaking in front of large groups, and the ability to engage and inspire professional chauffeurs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Onboarding Sessions: Deliver engaging in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for new chauffeurs, ensuring they understand OUNO’s service expectations, platform functionality, and brand standards.
  • Driver Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training workshops covering customer service, route optimization, safety protocols, and the use of OUNO’s booking platform.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all chauffeurs meet licensing, insurance, and background checkrequirements, as well as OUNO’s internal service standards.
  • Driver Engagement: Build strong relationships with chauffeurs, providing ongoing support, feedback, and motivation to maintain high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Work closely with operations to review driver feedback, ride quality scores, and overall performance, addressing any concerns proactively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine onboarding and training programs to enhance efficiency and chauffeur satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Industry experience is a must – ideally in chauffeur services, executive transport, or ride-hailing.
  • Proven experience in training, onboarding, or team leadership.
  • Confident public speaker with the ability to engage large groups.
  • Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and professional chauffeur standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and onboarding platforms.
  • London-based and available to work from our head office.
